1. What Does PD (pupil distance) mean?
A: It is the distance from one pupil to the other. You can get your PD from the last place you ordered glasses.

2. How do I know if my prescription will fit in the style I like?
A: We provide prescription limitations with all our styles. We also are available to call and we will ask your prescription, PD, face, shape, general size, and sport to ensure a good fit.

3. What happens if I am not happy with my glasses?
A: We provide a satisfaction guarantee that states if you get your glasses and you have problems with fit, style, or prescription we will remake them one time for no charge unless there is an upgrade in frame or lens. In this case you would pay only the difference. If all else fails and we cannot find the style that is right for you we will refund all but a restocking fee of $30.

4. Do you offer a warranty?
A: We have a one year warranty on the frames. Your prescription lenses are not covered under a warranty.

5. What is a test ride?
A: Our test ride program allows prescription wearers to try on a specific frame before purchasing them in prescription. Call 1-888-831-5817 to inquire.

6. My prescription is outside the listed available range.?
A: Yes! Special orders, like very high prescriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. For a price quote for your Rx, or for an item not listed on the website, please call us at 1-888-831-5817.

7. How long does it take before I receive my eyewear and what are the shipping costs?
A. Standard shipping $7.95 2-3 weeks depending on where you are located.
Expedited Shipping $25.00 7-10 days.
Express Shipping $35.00 3-5 days.
International Shipping Fedex $35.00
International Shipping Global priority $20.00
Please note that SportRx does not guarantee delivery within these timeframes and cannot be held responsible for late delivery.
For international shipments the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes collected by the foreign country.Please inquire from your customs office what these are before purchasing.

8. Should I place a prescription order on the internet without advice from an optician?
A: No,our opticians are specially trained to assist you in choosing the correct frame for your individual prescription based on your preferred activity.Opticians are trained to help you achieve maximum visual acuity based on your Pd,amount of diopters and any astigmatism.We recommend you take advantage of this free service by calling 1-888-831-5817 (7am--5pm PST)
